The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales budget, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in any recognized FMCG company.
- A proven track record of delivering sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
The salary range for this position is 250k – 350k monthly net, plus transport allowance, airtime allowance, bonuses/commission, and other benefits.
