Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager with FMCG experience, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, analyzing consumer behavior, and developing innovative strategies to capture untapped markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your deep understanding of the FMCG landscape to identify potential markets and growth areas.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, suppliers, and retailers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine business plans.
- Drive negotiations and close deals with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record in FMCG business development with a minimum of 2 -5 years of experience.
